This Privacy Policy describes how and when Alice Novelli, a self-employed handcrafted textile accessory and bag maker trading under the business name "Maisonale", registered as an entrepreneur individuel (sole trader) in France under the SIRET number 814 053 948 00018, registered with the Répertoire des métiers (French Craft Trades Register) under the number 814 053 948 RM 05, having her registered address at 5 rue des allumettes, 13090 Aix-en-Provence, France, owner of the Maisonale shop (maisonale.etsy.com) on the e-commerce platform Etsy and of the Maisonale website (www.maisonale.fr), hereinafter referred to as "Maisonale" or "we", "us") collects, uses and shares data when a Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "you") orders from or uses the services of Maisonale via Etsy.com or related sites and services.
This Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Maisonale does not own or control, including Etsy or any third party service you may access through Etsy. Please refer to the Etsy Privacy Policy for more information about the site's practices in this regard.
1. Personal Data Collected by Maisonale
